Avril Lavigne Putting — Pulling Her Mansion
Young rocker Avril Lavigne has been getting cash offers for her estate in Beverly Hills.
Built in 1990, the villa-style house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, gardens, spa, tennis court and many other amenities, which are typical of Mulholland Estates.
As The Los Angeles Times reports , the house received a cash offer of $5.2 million just 36 days after being placed on the market.
It should be mentioned though that the house has been on the market for quite a long time, rather than 36 days. The thing is that the singer was hesitant in selling her house and was constantly putting the house for sale and shortly afterwards taking it out of the market.
According to Big Times Listing , the house was already on sale from March, 2007.
Singer Avril Lavigne and her husband, Deryck Whibley, have listed their her 6,864-square-foot house in the Mulholland Estates neighborhood in Beverly Hills, Calif. for $6.9 million.
As was reported in Big Times Listings later that year, the house was taken off the market and then put back again.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the latest development at the house at 3331 Clerendon Road, which has been on and off the market for quite some time. Most recently, the mansion came back on the market early this month
What will happen next is not clear.
