David Duchovny And Tea Leoni Returning To NY
Actor and actress couple David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have put their Malibu house up for sale. Built in 1996, it has five-bedrooms , four baths, an outdoor living area, a three-car garage, two swimming pools and a separate gym. The most striking thing about the sale, however, is that there wasn’t any information published detailing the purchase or the exact location of the estate. Some say it was bought in 1996 from the builders and not in 1999, as was previously believed.
As Big Times Listings reports , the purchase details of the couple’s 5.55-acre estate at Carbon Mesa Road was not made public.
Rumors indicate that the main reason for placing the house on the market is the couple’s desire to move to New York.
The Real Estalker announced that Tea Leoni has long wished to raise her two children in New York and ever since the October fires in 2007 she has been convincing her husband David to finally go back to their New York native.
Tea Leoni’s Interviews published in New York Magazine suggest that having lived in Malibu for a signigificant period it’s already high time the family went back to NY.
I’ve said before that my children are starting to get that sort of sunburned sleepy look,” she said, “so I think it’s time to get them back to New York.”
