Katherine Heigl Puts House On Market
Actress Katherine Heigl, who won an Emmy for her work on “Grey’s Anatomy” in 2005, has listed her three-bedroom modern-design house in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood for $1,750,000. The actress purchased the estate long before she found Hollywood fame. According to public records, the Parva Avenue house was built in 1935 and occupies a fourteenth of an acre.
The Los Angeles Times reports that the 2,400-square-foot house has an open floor plan with glass walls that provide views from downtown to the ocean. It has three bedrooms, one and a half baths,a master bath with a large stone steam shower, hardwood floors and a master bedroom with French doors opening to a city-view balcony. There is also a living room with a fireplace.
Considering that the actress bought the house before hitting the big time, it’s not a bad one. However, immediately after doing so, she went house hunting. According to The Real Estalker, Heigl spent $2,550,000 for a 3,960 square foot house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that sits less than the one she now has on the market.
Who knows, maybe with one more Emmy award the actress will be hunting all the estates in the neighborhood.
