Chris O’Donnell Sells Pacific Palisades Home
Actor Chris O’Donnell, a dedicated family man and father of 5 kids, has sold his 5,191-square-foot, Colonial-style house in Los Angeles Pacific Palisades neighbourhood for an undisclosed amount after it had been on the market for $5,395,000. The buyers are a married couple who are far from being celebrities (the husband appears to be an investment banker). The purchase price is not clearly mentioned yet, but hopefully it will appear soon.
According to The Big Time Listings, the house was built in 2000. It consists of six bedrooms, six baths and a pool, situated a 0.19-acre parcel. That might have not been enough space for the 7-member family. Perhaps that’s why they have decided to move out.
As The Real Estalker reports, there is a smallish swimming pool and a grassy yard, which would be fine if the O’Donnells had just one or two children. But they don’t. So we imagine they are out looking for a new nest that will allow their kids to really stretch their legs and exercise their lungs. At the same time they won’t cause the neighbors a nervous break down from all the shouting and screaming in which five children surely engage.
Let’s hope that the couple will stop with the current number of children, otherwise they will keep on moving from one house to another, larger one.
