Mathew Perry Purchasing A New House
Famous actor of comedic TV show Friends Matthew Perry has paid $883,000 for a 1,701-square-foot house in Los Angeles Studio City area. Perry has done plenty of wheeling and dealing of his properties over the last few years, the last one being a perfect one. The house Perry has recently obtained, was built in 1950, has three bedrooms and all the best amenities.
As Big Times Listings reports, features of the estate, which is south of Ventura Boulevard and not far from actor George Clooney’s house, include a large kitchen with a breakfast area and Italian tile floors, according to listing information.
The house sits on a 0.17-acre lot. Also the house has hardwood floors, a pool with newer plaster, a newer water heater and a circular driveway, according to listing information.
It looks like Perry in involved in endless real estate transactions, as the number of his personal estates is rapidly rising. His other celebrity-owned houses include: Sweetwater Mesa Road in Malibu, the Sierra Towers building in Beverly Hills (which he reportedly has been trying to sell for $4,500,000), a 2,893-square-foot house at 2415 Carman Crest Drive in the Hollywood Hills and his longtime two-home compound at 630 Clinton Place in Beverly Hills, which, according to The Real Estalker , was sold in the fall of 2005 for $6,100,000.
