Tom Arnold House For Sale: $2,275,000
Famous actor and comedian Tom Arnold is selling his house in Tarzana, California. It been on the market for two years and its current price is $2,275,000. Arnold says he put the property on the market because 4,250-square-foot is too much for one man. He purchased the house in 2006 for $1,950,000. It cost considerably less in 1998.
Arnold had purchased the house in late 2006 for $1,950,000, according to public records. As TMZ correctly noted (and as we also had noted back in January 2007), the family that sold the house to Arnold at that time had purchased it from “American Idol” judge Randy Jackson in early 2005 for $1,325,000, according to public records. Jackson had purchased the house in 1998 for $620,000, according to public records.
The house, designed in Mediterranean style, is located south of Ventura Boulevard, and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also has a granite-countered cook’s kitchen, several bedrooms include cathedral ceilings and a fireplace, a large swimming pool an outdoor terrace area for entertaining.
