How I Got The House Insured

I never was a big fan of TV, but there was something I really loved to watch. It was MTV’s “Daria.” I liked the way that girl saw and perceived the world around her, the way she used to jeer and mock everything she saw… And I really liked her cynical judgements about everything she did.

In one of Daria’s episodes the house belonging to Daria’s family caught fire. Do you think such a thing is a tragedy? Well, not for a family whose house has been insured. While the insurance company was taking care of the house and its reconstruction, Daria’s family was relaxing in a posh hotel: her parents, who were always busy with their jobs, had an opportunity to spend more time together. Her sister managed to get into a pretty big mess, and Daria… Well, it’s a long story and you’ll learn about what happened to Daria when you see the cartoon (if you haven’t seen it yet, of course).

Anyway, after watching this episode, I thought it was a great idea to have the house insured. And why didn’t I think about it earlier? Every month you pay a quantity of money that perhaps won’t to hit you in your pocket, and you can be sure that in case anything (like fire in the house) happens you won’t have to worry and think what to do. The more I thought about home insurance the more I understood that I really wanted it.

So, I began to do some research on the Internet, compared the free insurance quotes and found the best option for my house.

Now that my house is insured I am calmer. If something happens all the problems will be taken care of, while I’ll be waiting in my best friend’s house, just as Daria did.
