Nicole Kidman Purchases Songwriter Ron Fair’s House In CA
Famous Hollywood actress and new mom Nicole Kidman has recently purchased a 3,977-square-foot house in Beverly Hills, California, for an undisclosed price after it had been listed for $4,795,000. The house was previously owned by record producer and songwriter Ron Fair.
It can definitely be stated that the actress has finally integrated the list of “home buyers,” after a six-year ownership absence.
Kidman’s house is a few doors up from retired model and fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons 5,923-square-foot house at 9551 Lime Orchard Road, which currently is on the market for $7,750,000. Another celebrity neighbor of Kidman is singer Jessica Simpson in her 5,500-square-foot mansion at 9555 Lime Orchard Road, as Big Time Listings reports.
According to THE REAL ESTALKER , the five-bedroom house, built in 1965, has four full baths, one quarter bath, and a full-floor upstairs master suite with dual walk-in closets, a designer-chic bathroom and a spacious sitting room/office area, according to public records and listing information. Also there are French doors, sliding walls of glass, a grassy side yard and play areas, tree and ridge top views, and an undeveloped parcel of land across the street.
