When you are trying to find a house that fits your family perfectly, you will come across many different property listings. As you go through these property listings, you may happen to sometimes see that celebrities are just like us sometimes, and they need to sell their homes too. Have you ever thought about owning a home that was once owned by a celebrity? Even if you owning a large mansion is just a figment of your imagination, you would still be interested to know how much these celebrities are selling their homes for.

If you are trying to find a house in Malibu, California, you may come across a home that is owned by the very beautiful Charlize Theron. Charlize Theron got a divorce from her husband Stuart Townsend, which meant that was no longer in need of their $50,000 per month rental house in Malibu.

This property listing showed that the house was put up for sale for a mega $7.5 million! It eventually sold for about $6.5 million, but that is still quite okay seeing that Charlize and Stuart bought the house in 2003 for only $3.4 million.

How about the old digs of the funny “Two and a Half Men” actor, Ashton Kutcher? Though he was married, he used to have a bachelor pad in Beverly Glen , which listed a selling price of $2.6 million. Ashton Kutcher ended up marrying his sweetheart Demi Moore in 2011, which meant he did not need his bachelor pad anymore. But since then, Ashton Kutcher is now separated from Demi Moore and now he’s looking for an even bigger bachelor pad than he had before. His previous pad ended up selling for $2.35 million.
